Where is my data hosted, and is it kept in-region?
Fiscora runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with regions in Riyadh and Jeddah for KSA residency, Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the UAE, and Frankfurt for EU/global. KSA data stays in KSA. Enterprise tenants get region pinning with a residency attestation document; it is also available below Enterprise for +$200/mo.
How secure is the platform?
Immutable, hash-chained audit logs; reversal-only ledger corrections; OIDC authentication with MFA (TOTP + WebAuthn) and enterprise SSO/SAML + SCIM; RBAC + ABAC policy enforcement; encryption with OCI KMS, and customer-managed keys (BYOK) available as an add-on.
How long does ZATCA onboarding take?
ZATCA Phase 2 device onboarding (CCSID → PCSID), UBL 2.1 XML generation, cryptographic stamping and Clearance are operational within the signup wizard — minutes, not the weeks of middleware projects that are the market norm. Most customers clear or report their first invoice within 48 hours.
Can I migrate from Zoho Books or QuickBooks?
Yes. Migration tooling from Zoho Books and a one-click QuickBooks import are launch deliverables, and switchers from either get 30% off year one when they migrate.
Is Arabic a first-class language?
Yes — Arabic is designed in, not translated on. The product is RTL-native with Arabic financial reports, bilingual tax documents, Hijri and Gregorian dual calendars, and an Arabic-Indic numeral option. Mizan produces Arabic and English at evaluated parity.
